A typical day may include:
- Contract/Commercial Management
- Cost Management
- Preparation and validation of interim and final accounts
- Monthly reporting
- Savings reporting
- Risk Management
- Estimating
- Contract Change Control
- Leading Commercial/Contract meetings
- Adhering to Quality Management Systems
About You
We are seeking candidates with:
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management on UK Infrastructure Projects
- Experience with NEC3/4 contracts
- HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law, or related field
- A passion for infrastructure, sustainability, and quality work
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
