A typical day may include:

• Contract/Commercial Management
• Cost Management
• Preparation and validation of interim and final accounts
• Monthly reporting
• Savings reporting
• Risk Management
• Estimating
• Contract Change Control
• Leading Commercial/Contract meetings
• Adhering to Quality Management Systems

About You

We are seeking candidates with:

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management on UK Infrastructure Projects
• Experience with NEC3/4 contracts
• HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law, or related field
• A passion for infrastructure, sustainability, and quality work
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
