Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Director to join our dynamic team remotely from London. As an Account Director, you will manage key client accounts, oversee strategic PR campaigns, and contribute to business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and excellence.
• Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of integrated PR campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on Web3, fintech, and emerging technologies.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers within the tech and Web3 sectors.
• Team Leadership: Work closely with junior team members, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high standards of service and deliverables.
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the agency by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and assisting with client pitches.
• Strategic Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to provide clients with cutting-edge strategies and recommendations.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in PR, preferably with a background in tech, Web3, fintech, or emerging technologies.
• Proven track record in managing PR campaigns, media relations, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 and fintech ecosystems, with a passion for emerging technologies.
• Experience working remotely and managing accounts across different time zones.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
