Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams to plan and deliver projects to the highest standards.
- Provide technical leadership across a wide range of structural engineering projects.
- Coach and mentor junior and graduate engineers, supporting their development.
- Manage project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee commercial aspects including preparing fee proposals and managing client relationships.
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary collaboration and internal technical development.
What They're Looking For
- Chartered Engineer, member of IStructE or ICE.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in design and project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of structural design codes and construction processes.
- Proficiency in analysis and design software such as GSA, SCIA, or ETABS.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects at varying scales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for driving innovation in structural engineering and creating sustainable impact.
