Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex Microsoft Azure incidents, changes, service requests, and problem records, driving them to resolution.
- Serve as a technical escalation point within the team.
- Achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Support Team Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience working on Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Beneficial Microsoft Azure certifications.
- A demonstrated passion for continuous learning, with a drive to stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
