We’re looking for an individual to join our UK&E Growth team as Associate Bid Writer. In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the Growth team and the wider Serco business to write high quality and compelling bid responses that are aligned with the needs of our customer.

With a newly centralised writing team, a healthy pipeline of bidding activity, and a clear strategy, now is a great time to join our team. Not only will you play a key role in shaping the future of some of the largest public sector contracts, you’ll also be joining a team at a time where we are investing in how we work and the tools we use.

Previous experience is not essential for this role, we can offer you full training and support your continuous development. You will need to be inquisitive, able to quickly grasp & assimilate complex information, be great at building relationships, and of course, love writing at a high level. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone from an academic background looking to apply their skills in a dynamic, real-world setting.
