About The Role

The Construction Team

Our Construction team supports a wide variety of clients, from commercial clients to Education, local authorities, Housing Associations, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. We advise on everything from complex development agreements, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, contract interpretation, compensation event claims and dispute avoidance to construction due diligence on real estate and corporate matters. You will be joining a highly skilled team that works seamlessly within the wider real estate sector on high-profile projects and is focussed on growth.

The Role

As an Associate, you’ll be a key player in our Construction team. Our Head of Construction specialises in non-contentious construction and dispute avoidance. She needs support to work on large, complex transactions, manage client relationships, support on negotiations, and provide strategic advice. The right candidate would have the opportunity to support on both existing and new clients, but a purely non-contentious candidate would not be discounted.
