The Position

The primary role of an Associate Consultant is to support engagements by driving the research and fact-gathering process, analyzing, and synthesizing findings, and developing deliverables for clients. Associate Consultants work across practices as generalists and are staffed on projects that vary in industry, scope, and length, providing an exceptional early career path experiencing diverse consulting engagements early in their career.

As an Associate Consultant, you will

  • Distill actionable and intriguing insights from research using relevant quantitative techniques and appropriate analytical frameworks
  • Effectively communicate our conclusions directly to clients through the creation of creative and impactful presentations

The Essentials for Success

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement at the college or university level. Prior relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting or market research is highly desirable. You must be naturally curious, self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively and possess strong business acumen and analytical skills. Our Associate Consultants are expected to be comfortable working on their own independently as well as in a collaborative manner and bring excellent communication skills, confidence, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in 2026 from an accredited college or university. Targeted majors include Business, Economics, Engineering, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, and Science, though we remain open to other disciplines
  • Demonstrated success in gathering primary and secondary research through a range of research methodologies
  • Relevant internships are a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills; experience working with large datasets and modeling
  • Initiative-taking - exhibiting flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
  • Comfort with ambiguity - ability to synthesize implications and triangulating from various data sources
  • Well organized - ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated experience exercising critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Foreign language fluency preferred, but not required
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Commitment to hybrid work in the London office
