Associate ConsultantHybrid - London basedThe Associate Consultant is designed for individuals beginning their careers in consulting and enterprise technology. This role offers hands-on experience supporting client implementations of the DealCloud platform while building foundational skills in data analysis, platform configuration, and client engagement. Associate Consultants work closely with experienced team members to learn the product, implementation methodology, and the business operations of our clients.**What you will do:*** **Support Client Engagements** Contribute to client implementations by assisting with platform configuration, data preparation, and documentation under the guidance of senior consultants.* **Deliver Small Projects Independently** Manage and execute smaller-scale client projects (typically 10–20 hours) with increasing autonomy and accountability.* **Data Analysis & Preparation** Analyze legacy client data sets and use Excel to map, normalize, and import data into the platform, ensuring accuracy and usability.* **Project Management Support** Maintain internal systems and documentation, track project timelines, log utilization hours, and ensure delivery of in-scope requirements.* **Learning & Development** Actively build knowledge of the DealCloud platform, implementation methodology, and supported industries such as private equity and investment banking.* **Team Collaboration** Serve in a supporting role on complex projects led by senior consultants, contributing to delivery milestones and client satisfaction.**What you will need:*** Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.* 1–2 years of relevant experience in software implementation, professional services, or applicable industry experience.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data sets.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.* Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced team members.* Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.**Bonus if you have:*** Exposure to private capital markets or investment banking workflows.* General understanding of CRM platforms or enterprise SaaS solutions.* Ability to apply entry-level consultative skills in client interactions.**What you will gain:**At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
