Role Description

We are looking for a Senior CSA Cost Consultant to join our growing CSA Commercial Management team. You will play a key role in delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics.

You will spend 50% of your time on site in Norway or Finland, following a 1 week on, 1 week from home rotation.

Role Accountabilities

  • Deliver small to medium cost projects, ensuring appropriate use of resources and budgets to meet deadlines.
  • Provide advice on risk management, compliance, and associated behaviors to ensure adherence to Arcadis’ processes.
  • Present project risks or issues to senior managers to prevent adverse impacts.
  • Analyze and review data to provide advice and recommendations for cost and commercial management decision-making.
  • Share knowledge to assist service improvement and innovation.
  • Interact effectively across the organization, building your network and profile, and applying technical knowledge to meet cost expectations.
  • Provide specialist technical advice to senior management on CSA cost/commercial management issues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience in a similar CSA Cost & Commercial role.
  • In-depth technical knowledge, including construction processes and cost & commercial management.
  • Experience leading smaller projects and supporting larger, more complex projects.
  • Experience completing commercial analysis and insights.
  • Experience working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships.
  • Experience managing business relationships and supporting middle management level activities.
