What You’ll Do
- Lead & Deliver: Own a portfolio of governance engagements—on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
- Advise & Influence: Act as a trusted SME for Data & AI Governance, guiding clients on policies, frameworks, and operating models.
- Drive Growth: Take responsibility for commercial success—utilisation, margin, revenue—and help shape the future of our capability.
- Inspire & Mentor: Coach, support, and grow talented consultants while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Engage Stakeholders: Partner with senior executives and C-suite leaders, influencing governance strategy at the highest levels.
What Success Looks Like
- Delivered multiple high-impact governance engagements with outstanding client feedback
- Achieved commercial KPIs across portfolio and individual targets
- Built new frameworks, IP, and artefacts now embedded across clients
- Recognised as the go-to expert for Data & AI Governance—internally and externally
What You’ll Bring
- Significant proven background in data governance / information governance, including leading major programmes
- 3–5 years in a leadership role (portfolio, line management, or practice building)
- Proven expertise in governance operating models, policies, and frameworks
- Strong commercial acumen with portfolio-level financial management experience
- Ability to engage confidently with executives and CDOs on governance strategy
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent
- Data Management certifications (e.g., DAMA, CDMP)
