  • Lead & Deliver: Own a portfolio of governance engagements—on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Advise & Influence: Act as a trusted SME for Data & AI Governance, guiding clients on policies, frameworks, and operating models.
  • Drive Growth: Take responsibility for commercial success—utilisation, margin, revenue—and help shape the future of our capability.
  • Inspire & Mentor: Coach, support, and grow talented consultants while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Partner with senior executives and C-suite leaders, influencing governance strategy at the highest levels.

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivered multiple high-impact governance engagements with outstanding client feedback
  • Achieved commercial KPIs across portfolio and individual targets
  • Built new frameworks, IP, and artefacts now embedded across clients
  • Recognised as the go-to expert for Data & AI Governance—internally and externally

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant proven background in data governance / information governance, including leading major programmes
  • 3–5 years in a leadership role (portfolio, line management, or practice building)
  • Proven expertise in governance operating models, policies, and frameworks
  • Strong commercial acumen with portfolio-level financial management experience
  • Ability to engage confidently with executives and CDOs on governance strategy
  • Passion for mentoring and developing talent
  • Data Management certifications (e.g., DAMA, CDMP)
