At Pick Everard, we’re dedicated to protecting lives, property, and the environment through intelligent fire engineering solutions. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Director - Fire Engineering to support the design, development, and implementation of fire safety strategies across a diverse range of building and infrastructure projects.

This new venturewill see you playing a pivotal roleas an Associate Director - Fire Engineering. You will lead the development of a newdedicated Fire Engineering Team, developing the in-house capability to deliver fire engineering best practice.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK, ensuring compliance with the latest fire safety regulations and industry best practices.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

About You

Our ideal Associate Director - Fire Engineering must have:
It would be nice for you to have:
  • Confident liaising with new and existing clients and an ability to build a good rapport with other parts of our inter-disciplinary practice, and with external design teams.
  • Robust problem solving skills, taking accountability for assigned work.
  • Previous experience writing and presenting reports along with client interaction and work winning.
  • The ability to lead a sub-team, focused on delivery of high quality design output.
