Associate Director / Technical Director - Flood Risk
Location: Leeds (Hybrid/Flexible Working Available)

We're seeking a proven leader in flood risk and drainage consultancy to spearhead the launch of a new regional team for a growing, forward-thinking engineering practice. The Role

Lead and develop a new Flood Risk capability in the Leeds office, building client relationships and securing exciting projects.
Provide technical leadership on flood risk assessments, surface water management, and drainage strategies for development and infrastructure schemes.
Take ownership of business development activities, winning work from both existing and new clients.
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
Collaborate with other senior leaders across the business to integrate services and deliver outstanding results.About You

Proven ability to win work and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong
technical background combined with commercial acumen.
Leadership
experience - either leading a team currently or ready to take that next step.
