Responsibilities
- Lead the Knowledge & Capability needs analysis process, including planning, implementation, and review, and provide comprehensive reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure project/programme and client contractual and legal training requirements are met.
- Develop and implement detailed Knowledge & Capability solutions, including action plans, timelines, resource allocation, and evaluation methods.
- Oversee the use of learning technologies, improve training administration efficiencies, and present business cases for new technology adoption.
- Raise the capability of the project/programme community, develop a robust competency model, and collect and analyse data to support Knowledge & Capability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Project management experience and expertise.
- Proven facilitation/presentation skills.
- Developed consulting skills.
- Understanding of learning types and when to apply different methods.
- Instructional learning design and scaffolding expertise.
- Learning and Development qualification (or equivalent).
- Presents and communicates effectively at all levels (up to C-suite), both written and verbal.
- Able to tailor approach to specific audiences internally and externally.
- Manages and influences key senior stakeholders.
- Builds and cultivates relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working to execute strategic programmes.
- Strong competence and proven ability in developing leadership, management capability and/or organisational effectiveness.
- Guides, directs, coordinates and upskills others on portfolio
Additional capabilities
- Learning Management Systems experience.
- Articulate 360 self-authoring eLearning creation.
- Experience working in large projects/programmes in the built environment.
