This is a unique opportunity to strategically support business growth across a diverse and values-driven organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the Executive team to identify and develop sustainable income-generating opportunities across multiple regions and services providing clinically excellent care and outcomes.
  • Provide strategic support to operational teams in business planning, bid writing, and service mobilisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders focusing on successful and sustainable contract renewals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including NHS commissioners, local authorities, and VCSE organisations.

You'll be based at our head office in Bedfordshire, with hybrid working and travel to services across our geographical footprint.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • A master's degree or equivalent experience in business or healthcare leadership.
  • A successful track record in business development and tendering within complex, regulated environments.
  • Strategic insight into healthcare markets and the ability to translate opportunities into impactful services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative, values-led approach to leadership and innovation.
  • Experience in dental or healthcare services is desirable but not essential.
