Role
Associate Director of Ecology. The position requires proven experience of project management at director level, with a technical multidisciplinary background, including renewables for successful project delivery. Commercial acumen is essential for business growth as well as strong team leadership to oversee the ecology team and mentor the more junior staff. The position offers development opportunities to step into a full leadership position in the future too.
Salary
Salary package ranging between £70,000 and £80,000 depending on experience. Hybrid week available.
About You
If you have previous experience in a leadership role within similar ecology consultancy settings, with renewables exposure, project directorship, strong understanding of ecological surveys and assessments and team management experience in Glasgow or Edinburgh: please do not hesitate to send your CV to Jo.
