We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director People & Culture to shape and embed our enterprise-wide strategy to enable business growth as part of our People Strategy.

We are looking for a leader who can understand our matrix business, move with agility between strategy and delivery, with a focus on moving our organisation forward. This role will work across our matrix structure to deliver across our employee life cycle (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership development, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Organisational Design, Organisational Effectiveness) collaborating across our Centres of Expertise (COE's). Aligning it to a common culture and expectation of inclusive behaviour, and support People & Culture Partners being the face of it to their functions.

This role will report to the People & Culture Director.

What you can bring to the team will be deep subject matter expertise in all aspects of people consulting to advise and support colleagues and business leaders. This exciting new role covers two main clients groups: products and operations. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated and energised to shape the future of our organisation
