Associate Director of Performance & Programme Delivery
Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week in Central London)
£83,538 | Permanent, Full-time

In the role of Associate Director of Performance & Programme Delivery, you’ll shape and lead the strategic delivery of projects across the charity — helping ensure the focus remains centred on the things that matter most to people living with Parkinson’s.
From establishing a new PMO function to embedding performance and impact frameworks, this role is about creating the systems, culture and leadership that will unlock even greater change.
You’ll:
- Build and lead a high-performing project delivery team
- Set clear KPIs and governance to drive improvement
- Champion strategic alignment and collaboration
- Help the teams deliver impactful programmes with purpose, focus, and ambition
