The Role

As Associate Director, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-profile clients across the real estate sector, delivering both advisory and compliance services. You’ll lead complex tax consultancy projects, support M&A transactions, and collaborate with senior leadership on business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing tax compliance and consultancy projects for real estate clients.
  • Leading tax structuring and due diligence assignments.
  • Supporting business development and client growth strategies.
  • Mentoring junior team members and acting as a line manager.

About you

You’ll bring strong technical expertise in UK corporate tax, gained within a real estate-focused team. You’re confident managing client relationships, leading projects, and developing talent within your team.

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Significant UK corporate tax experience in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of specialist taxes relevant to real estate.
  • Proven project and people management skills.
