We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects.You can be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to the Nordics (11/3 day rotation).Role accountabilities: You’ll be responsible for managing the electrical packages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.Day-to-day this includes but is not limited to:Pre-constructionWorking with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project BudgetSupporting Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendationsSupporting contract negotiationsAssisting the client and the Client’s team in identifying, scoping, buying-out and scheduling of all Owner-direct vendors and consultantsConstructionManaging the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the groundCoordinating Value Engineering efforts during the construction phaseWorking with the Client’s commercial and PCG team to develop Budget Management and TrackingLiaising with the Client’s schedule management team to provide Schedule monitoring, tracking and analysisClose out/Fit upInitiating close out process prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advanceEstablishing close out documentation requirements with the Client’s document controller. Collect and track receipt of all close out documents until completion, including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, etc.Assisting with City and/or other Authority final inspections and occupancy process.Assisting the Client in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants.Qualifications & Experience: First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life.
