This role is ideal for individuals eager to progress into Financial Advice, including associates or trainee financial planners who may feel they are not receiving the support they need, as well as Level 4 candidates from a financial planning background, such as administration or paraplanning.

To be considered, candidates should have experience in financial services and hold the Level 4 Diploma. Your existing experience will provide a strong foundation for building a successful career as an adviser with the firm.

The company offers a clear and structured progression path, providing the opportunity to move into face-to-face advisory roles in the future if desired, supported by mentoring and development every step of the way.

Duties will include:

  • Providing financial reviews and advice to clients via telephone or video meetings.
  • Contacting referred clients within agreed service levels to arrange and deliver reviews.
  • Conducting suitability reviews to keep client portfolios aligned with their goals and circumstances.
  • Delivering clear, compliant, and personalised advice to meet client needs.
  • Preparing professional suitability reports and client communications.
  • Keeping accurate and compliant client records on the firm’s systems.
  • Following all regulatory, compliance, and internal advice processes.

Skills and experience required:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
  • Experience within Financial Services (desk-based experience not required, those such as Paraplanning, Administration, Associate/Trainee considered).
  • Confident communicator, especially over the phone and video.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a client-first mindset.
