We’re looking for an Associate Insight Analyst to join our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) team based in Richmond, London,supporting data-driven decision-making and helping shape our analytical capabilities.
About the Role
As an Associate Insight Analyst , you will work with data to uncover insights that influence key business decisions. You’ll support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical models, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their technical and problem-solving skills while gaining experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
What You'll Do...
Data Analysis & BI Development
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Python/R, and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to support business and client needs.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including Engineering and Business Units,to enhance data collection and reporting.
- Support client teams by providing data-driven insights that align with business goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Strategic Impact
- Contribute to projects that help clients make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Support the presentation of insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
- Help translate complex data into meaningful stories that drive business value.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Some experience in data analysis or a related field (internships, coursework, or entry-level roles).
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python/R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to share insights with diverse audiences.
- A degree in Data Science, Computing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
