As an Associate Management Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives for our diverse clients. This position emphasizes collaboration and innovation.

• Work with case teams to address client challenges and deliver impactful, lasting change
• Craft engaging presentations, conduct strategic analyses, and apply structured thinking to manage work modules effectively
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through deep understanding of their needs
• Contribute to office growth by embracing new challenges and fostering a supportive, knowledge-sharing environment

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or a related field
• A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a drive for impact
• Proficiency in writing, report creation, and client presentation development
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading teams and facilitating training sessions and workshops
• Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and travel as needed
• Interest in area of Agile, Digital, AI & Sustainability transformations
