About the Role
Associate Platform Consultant – a rotational development program designed for ambitious, adaptable professionals passionate about customer experience, governance, and operational excellence. Participants will rotate through at least four key departments, gaining hands‑on experience, cross‑functional knowledge, and the skills needed to thrive in a dynamic financial services environment. Program Overview
The program begins with a rotational structure:
- At least four rotations across key departments
- Each rotation lasting a minimum of 6 months

About You
- Have 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in financial services or governance‑related roles
- Demonstrate a learning mindset, curiosity, and resilience
- Are self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
- Are comfortable navigating change and ambiguity
- Are motivated to build a long‑term career in financial services
