About the role
As an Associate Product Manager - Product Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of product initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, manage scope, and facilitate decision-making. A key part of your role will be driving best practice in the product management team, ensuring consistent, efficient, and transparent ways of working that enable teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes at pace. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for turning insights into action.
Key responsibilities
Product Operations & Delivery Support
- Support the creation and maintenance of product backlogs, roadmaps, and release plans in collaboration with delivery teams
- Assist in defining and tracking product KPIs and success metrics
- Identify and embed best practice processes that improve delivery efficiency, consistency, and transparency across teams
- Ensure product documentation is accurate, accessible, and supports knowledge sharing
- Act as a point of coordination between product, engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and alignment meetings that drive shared understanding and commitment
- Work with delivery leads to streamline workflows and remove blockers to progress
- Communicate updates, priorities, and decisions clearly to all levels of stakeholders
- Translate complex information into clear, actionable messaging for different audiences
- Champion a culture of openness, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Analytical thinking with the ability to synthesise multiple data sources into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
- A collaborative approach with the ability to influence without authority
- Familiarity with Agile or other iterative delivery frameworks (preferred)
- Experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience with software such as Jira and confluence (advantageous but not essential)
- Technical Acumen: Foundational understanding of product technology and its role in product design
