Base pay range

London | Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

Salary £75,000 - £90,000 + bonus + benefits (detailed below)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing Structured Property Finance team at a leading specialist lender. The team provides bespoke commercial and residential loans (£5m to £50m) across a wide range of uses – including bridging, investment, portfolio restructuring, refinancing, and capital release.

As an Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the origination and execution of complex deals, managing clients, and helping to drive new business. Over time, you’ll also have the chance to originate your own transactions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the sales team in originating and executing property finance deals
  • Analyse opportunities, prepare credit applications, and liaise with credit committee
  • Manage transactions from credit approval through to completion alongside the relationship management team
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to compliance and AML requirements
  • Develop your knowledge of the property finance market and contribute to process improvements

What we’re looking for

  • 4–5 years’ experience in UK property finance with a bank or non-bank lender
  • Strong analytical and credit underwriting skills
  • Experience in investment and/or short-term property finance
  • Relationship-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Resilient, collaborative, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment
