As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team and help us expand our presence in the tech market.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll kick-start your career in recruitment with hands-on experience and expert guidance. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, receive structured training, and have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
• Supporting business development through calls, meetings, and networking
• Learning to map your market and stay ahead of industry trends
• Sourcing top talent through headhunting, referrals, and creative recruitment strategies
• Writing engaging job adverts
• Assisting with offer negotiations and managing the recruitment process

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for people and a genuine interest in recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, driven, and resilient attitude
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not essential
