The Role – Associate / Senior Associate QS

  • Lead and deliver high-value projects, acting as a trusted cost consultant from feasibility through to completion.
  • Take ownership of key client accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire junior surveyors, supporting their APC and career development.
  • Contribute to business development - supporting bids, networking, and securing repeat work.
  • Play a central role in the strategic growth of the London office.

What They’re Looking For

  • MRICS qualified with substantial post-chartership consultancy experience.
  • Proven ability to lead projects across sectors such as commercial offices, residential, mixed-use, or education/healthcare.
  • Strong client-facing and leadership skills, with the confidence to take on senior-level responsibilities.
  • Ambition to progress to Director and play a long-term role in the consultancy's success.
