We are looking for a sharp, forward-thinking Technical Product Manager to lead the development of cybersecurity products. You will join our high-impact cybersecurity team where innovation, speed, and resilience are core to our work.

You will be part of the Product Management and UX chapter.

The Product Management team is on a journey to transform our approach to customer-centricity, driving value and impact through best practices and processes to help us achieve our mission and purpose.

You will join a talented team of Product professionals overseeing different aspects of the customer journey and proposition.

Your focus will be on delivering value to internal customers and ensuring security for the business, supporting our technology teams in securing applications and systems.

What you'll be doing

You will lead outcomes for the Cybersecurity focus area in partnership with our teams, responsible for initiatives that keep Dunelm safe and secure.
Your work will impact and shape the business for years to come, and we are just getting started!
You will be a key member of the Dunelm product team, hands-on and proactive. This role reports to the Principal Product Manager for Platform, Operations & Enterprise.

This role involves:
  • Enhancing the value of Product within the Cybersecurity team and building strong partnerships with technology teams.
  • Simplifying cybersecurity for all users, regardless of expertise.
  • Owning, defining, and prioritising your backlog and roadmap related to Cybersecurity outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other Product Managers to align backlogs and roadmaps for seamless delivery.
  • Building partnerships through influence and negotiation.
  • Supporting overall strategy by prioritising work and managing trade-offs.
  • Focusing on customer and colleague needs, making decisions with their best interests in mind.
  • Communicating and collaborating with all Dunelm stakeholders.
  • Developing effective solutions for Technology colleagues to prevent security flaws early, reducing costs and effort.
  • Promoting a test-and-learn approach to problem-solving at speed.
  • Ensuring quality and performance of our software, platforms, and tools.
  • Having a detailed understanding of security from a product management perspective.

  • Ability to set and maintain SLAs with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, especially with tech teams, peers, and senior management.
  • Comfortable working with third-party providers.
  • Familiar with Jira, Slack, Miro, and other agile tools.
