Responsibilities

  • Plan audit assignments, assess risk areas, and review budgets
  • Lead smaller audits and supervise the work of trainees
  • Deliver insights and technical advice to clients with professionalism and clarity
  • Monitor job budgets and manage chargeability effectively
  • Stay on top of industry trends and develop specialist knowledge

About The Role

As an ACA/ACCA qualified Audit and Accounts Senior, you will assist the partners and associate partners in the management and delivery of statutory audit and accounts preparation services for a varied Owner Managed Business client portfolio. You’ll also take the lead on a variety of audit assignments, working with a wide range of clients across multiple sectors. From planning through to completion, you’ll be key in delivering high-quality work and developing junior team members, all while sharpening your sector knowledge and growing your advisory skills.

About You

  • ACA or ACCA part-qualified (or fully qualified)
  • Experience planning and completing audits across a range of sectors
  • Confident using analytical review processes and preparing accounts
  • Strong leadership qualities with a knack for mentoring junior staff
  • Proactive, client-focused, and passionate about continuous improvement
