Lead automation, AI, and Power Platform solutions across Pax8 and our partners, from scoping through to delivery. - Be an AI & Automation Advisor
Support sales and partner teams as a trusted expert for Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and more. - Own Your Growth
Use our Elev8 learning paths, Pax8 University, peer coaching, and hands-on stretch projects to push your development.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include...
- Designing, building, and delivering automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Building integrations using low-code tools like n8n and Azure Foundry
- Supporting partners and internal stakeholders with automation & AI roadmaps
- Scoping and delivering end-to-end projects with SharePoint, Dataverse, MS Lists, and more
- Acting as an escalation point for Automation & AI advisory queries
- Staying up to speed on the latest Microsoft and open-source innovations
- Collaborating in Agile teams across borders and departments
You\'ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- Substantial experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong practical experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools, such as Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry
- Strong programming foundation in Python and PowerShell for building custom AI and automation solutions.
- Solid technical skills in data handling - JSON processing, REST APIs, and HTTP protocols for system integration
- Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, with expertise in determining when AI-driven vs traditional automation approaches are most effective
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select appropriate large language models (e.g. GPT-4.1, o4) based on task requirements, such as reasoning, creativity, or tool integration.
- An eye for identifying automation opportunities through systematic process analysis, with the ability to map and implement solutions end-to-end
- Comfort working across multiple stakeholder groups - internally and externally
- Experience with tools like Copilot Studio, n8n, Azure Foundry, and Dataverse
- A curious mindset and desire to stay ahead of tech trends

Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: £51k - £63k per year - depending on experience

The Essentials
Office: Bristol, Derby or Farnborough
Reports to: Manager of Professional Services, EMEA
Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Mon-Fri)
