Overview

Automation and Analytics Senior Manager role at HSBC. This position is part of the Group Chief Control and Oversight Office (GCCOO) and focuses on supporting, challenging, and advising across business areas through monitoring, testing, and identifying issues in the Risk and Control framework. The base location is Manchester with a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

• Driving the adoption of analytics within the GCCOO.
• Working collaboratively with 1LoD, 2LoD and 3LoD functions in the development of automated testing solutions.
• Developing automated, scalable, and repeatable self-service testing tools for review teams.

Qualifications

• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Forensics, Investigations, Audit and Assurance experience
• Analytical skills using packages such as Python, SQL, SAS, Oracle, VBA and Excel
• Experience working collaboratively with remote teams
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense and Tableau
