AV Account Manager – B12 Clients at EssenceMediacom

Role summary and impact: EssenceMediacom handles the media planning and buying for some of the world's most interesting advertisers. You will be responsible for the entire AV planning process, making recommendations to the client based on insight and evidence with audit guarantees in mind. You may work across a range of B12 clients, including TUI, Costa, Akzo and Bayer. Knowledge across other AV channels (Online Video, Addressable TV, OOH TV, Cinema and Radio) is valued to plan all facets of AV within an industry-leading team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire AV planning process within AV, including making data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Present and interweave flighting, weights, formats and media interrelationships in compelling implementation stories.
  • Collaborate with media owners and internal teams to ensure high-quality planning and delivery.
  • Apply knowledge of multi-media planning tools and industry metrics to inform decisions (e.g., Techedge, BARB, Media Ocean, TGI; Toolsets include TGI, Media Multiplier, Touchpoints).
  • Develop strong client relationships through consultative selling and clear communication.
  • Stay informed on industry research and new working methods; contribute to award-winning work and innovation.

Skills And Experience

  • Multi-media understanding and 360 AV knowledge across all channels.
  • Proficiency with industry planning tools and data sources; ability to extract and filter relevant insights to support planning decisions.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a proactive approach to communication and collaboration.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and talent management capabilities.
  • Genuine interest in industry research and new ways of working.
