Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for live events, AV, and client experience? We’re working with an exciting, digital-first event production and creative media company that’s redefining how events are delivered for global brands. If you are an AV Technician with an interest in the commercial side of Events, this could be perfect for you.

You\'ll be the bridge between venue, client, and technical production — managing inbound enquiries, tailoring solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery with internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own client relationships across a portfolio of five London venues
  • Manage inbound event enquiries, capture client needs, and prepare tailored quotes
  • Liaise with the venue partner and end client to scope and specify AV requirements
  • Handover events to technical production teams for seamless delivery
  • Represent the company at client meetings, venue walk-throughs and briefings
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to log activity, support pipeline growth, and generate repeat business
  • Build long-term relationships across events, creative media, and AV industries

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and production to support the full sales cycle
  • Respond to inbound leads via website and referrals
  • Identify new opportunities with venues and industry professionals
  • Articulate the company’s value proposition to clients and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in the live events, AV, or creative production sector
  • Strong understanding of AV and video solutions for events (corporate, hybrid, or creative)
  • Confident in managing accounts, building relationships, and creating value for clients
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to attend client meetings and venue visits across London as needed
