Full-Time | 5 days out of 7 | £55K + Overtime + Bonus + Benefits

Are you ready to bring world‑class live experiences to life in some of London’s most iconic venues?

We’re looking for an AV Production Manager with the energy, creativity, and precision to deliver seamless, high‑impact events, from brand activations and exhibitions to awards shows and corporate showcases.

This is your opportunity to join a forward‑thinking production team that transforms bold ideas into unforgettable moments. Whether you’re engineering large‑scale lighting and AV setups, coordinating complex builds, or leading on‑site delivery, you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

The Role

As AV Production Manager, you’ll oversee every element of production, from initial planning to flawless on‑site execution. You’ll collaborate with talented event planners, creative producers, and trusted suppliers to make sure every project is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

You’ll manage technical logistics, oversee equipment and crew, create robust RAMS and safety documentation, and troubleshoot live situations with confidence and composure. Every day will be different, but excellence will always be your standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end production across multiple live events and client activations
  • Manage logistics, budgets, crew, and contractors with precision and professionalism
  • Oversee on‑site delivery, ensuring technical and operational excellence
  • Develop detailed production schedules, RAMS, and event safety plans
  • Collaborate closely with planners, clients, and venue teams to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Foster trusted supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in live event or venue production management
  • Strong organisational and project management skills under pressure
  • Confident communicator and natural team leader
  • Experience with Vectorworks, project management tools, and production software
  • Good knowledge of technical production disciplines (lighting, AV, rigging, staging, power, etc.)
  • Flexible approach to working hours — including evenings and weekends when events demand it
  • A passion for live events, innovation, and creative problem‑solving

Bonus points for: IPAF, PASMA, IOSH, BS7909 knowledge, or first aid certification.

Why apply?

You’ll be part of a vibrant, collaborative production team working across some of the UK’s most exciting cultural and commercial venues. Expect a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment where no two days are the same, and where your ideas, initiative, and technical flair really matter.
