You’ll lead a high-performing regional team, driving operational excellence to reduce rent loss, improve turnaround times, and enhance the customer experience.This is a key leadership role where you’ll work collaboratively across Clarion and with external partners to make sure every home we let contributes to Clarion’s long-term success and community impact.**What You’ll Be Doing****Leadership & Performance*** Lead, inspire and support a dispersed regional team to deliver excellent performance and meet key targets.* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.* Use performance data and insight to identify and address any delays in the lettings process.* Drive behavioral and cultural change to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.**Stakeholder & Partnership Management*** Act as the main regional contact for local authorities and other housing partners.* Negotiate and manage nomination agreements to ensure efficient allocations and sustainable tenancies.* Build strong internal relationships with Maintenance, Housing, and Development teams to ensure new homes are ready to let on time.* Influence and hold partners to account for delivery, ensuring joint ownership of performance outcomes.**Strategic Delivery*** Collaborate with other Available Homes Managers to deliver a consistent, high-quality service across all regions.* Contribute to policy and process reviews to drive improvements and efficiency.* Ensure all activity complies with regulatory, statutory, and Clarion standards.**What You’ll Need*** Proven experience leading and motivating dispersed teams in a performance-driven environment.* A strong track record of improving operational efficiency and achieving measurable outcomes.* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills — confident when managing senior stakeholders.* Analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability to translate insight into action.**Who You Are**You’re a confident, resilient leader with a strong customer focus and a passion for delivering results.
