Overview

Global multi-strat hedge fund based in London is looking for an AWS Cloud Security Engineer to join a growing cloud security team.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, ensuring robust security frameworks and supporting continuous delivery for applications.
• Focus on secure system architecture, Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption practices, data protection, and network security enhancements.
• Collaborate within a team to cover a wide scope of AWS cloud security tasks ranging from BAU to complex project initiatives.

Essential skills

• Demonstrable track record of working in DevSecOps
• Deep expert AWS cloud security knowledge
• Strong awareness of core infrastructure services including security engineering and networking
• An understanding of cloud architectural concepts
• Python scripting
• Terraform
• Ansible

Desirable skills

• Awareness of Azure security
