The Role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimise secure, scalable cloud solutions for enterprise clients across a wide range of industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, from cloud migration to AI-powered applications, while collaborating with tier-one clients to transform their cloud strategy into reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, secure, high-performing AWS cloud solutions.
• Architect and support cloud-native and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Optimise cloud costs and performance, particularly for AI and GPU-based workloads.
• Lead and execute large-scale, end-to-end cloud migration projects.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance to development, data, and ML teams for cloud-related implementations.
• Implement and maintain robust cloud security measures to ensure compliance and data protection.
• Evaluate emerging AWS services and recommend opportunities for adoption.
• Act as a cloud evangelist, educating clients on the value and benefits of cloud computing.

What We’re Looking For

• AWS certification at Associate or Professional level (e.g. Solutions Architect, DevOps, SysOps, Developer).
• 5+ years’ experience in cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudFormation/Terraform).
• Experience in cloud migration strategies and tools (AWS SMS, DMS).
• Proven expertise in security and compliance frameworks (CIS, SOC2, HIPAA).
• Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Multi-cloud experience (Azure, GCP) and knowledge of interoperability strategies.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud and on-premises integration.
• Strong understanding of performance optimisation across diverse cloud ecosystems.
