Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platforms to support a large-scale digital transformation programme in the aviation sector.

Duration: 6 months (with high extension potential)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Azure-based infrastructure supporting a new D365 + CCaaS platform.
  • Define technical requirements for Azure compute, network, and integration layers.
  • Liaise with multiple vendors and internal teams across Azure, AWS, and DevOps environments.
  • Design and deploy environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps pipelines.
  • Support secure integrations between Azure and AWS, focusing on authentication and data flows.
  • Oversee environment setup across Dev/Test/Prod, including observability tooling and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure (PaaS, IaaS, Networking, Identity).
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 and CCaaS implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and cloud authentication standards.
  • Proven experience designing integrations between Azure and AWS environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (pipelines, IaC).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
  • Leadership and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience in Azure Infrastructure (PaaS, IaaS, Networking, Identity).
  • Experience with D365 and CCaaS implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and cloud authentication standards.
  • Experience designing integrations between Azure and AWS environments.
  • Strong DevOps toolset knowledge (CI/CD pipelines, IaC).
