The RoleWe are looking for a data-led, results-oriented marketer with a proven track record of scaling revenue for companies around the $/£50m revenue mark. You will lead our B2B marketing initiatives, with a focus on engaging decision-makers in UK & US enterprise scale financial advice firms. Your deep expertise in B2B marketing, combined with your ability to craft compelling narratives and drive measurable growth, will be key to our continued success.In a nutshellYou’ll be responsible for…Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to help us win and grow clients from the top 100 financial advice firms in the UK and US.Identify and profile target firms, and key personas inside the firms (principally marketing leaders or managing directors/partners).Lead the creation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns designed to drive demand and accelerate the sales pipeline.Oversee the production of content-based marketing initiatives and small-scale events (e.g., breakfast seminars, roundtables) to engage target audiences.Full customer marketing responsibility, including the delivery of upsell and churn reduction goals.Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform messaging strategies.Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI.Manage B2B marketing colleagues for full coverage of outbound, inbound and customer marketing campaignsOwn the pipeline revenue number and demonstrated experience of doing so beforeTo succeedyou’ll need…A minimum of 8-10 years in B2B marketing leadership in a software/SAAS business, with significant experience growing enterprise accounts at businesses with revenues £20-£50m.Proven track record in using content-based marketing to bring senior prospects into the sales process.Demonstrated ability to use targeted marketing to drive upsell and reduce churn.Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.Experience with managing small, high quality events such as breakfast seminars and roundtables.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.Our Shared ValuesAt Unbiased we have set of values that underpin the work that we do, we hope you’ll share these tooBe relentless about progress - working at pace to solve problems, navigate around blockers and prioritising company OKRs.Own it and get it done – taking ownership of your projects, involving the right people at the right time and making meaningful contributions.Share and seek input – proactive in seeking and acting upon feedback.
