Overview
Manchester-based, multi-award winning Marketing and Communications agency, seeking an experienced PR Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with strong client management skills to join the team. The role is based in the Northern Quarter with a working pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver brilliant and impactful PR campaigns for primarily B2B clients in construction, tech and manufacturing
- Work closely with account directors and account executives to ensure consistent client delivery
- Support digital marketing efforts where appropriate, particularly PPC and SEO, in collaboration with the digital specialist
- Develop and manage PR/digital/creative campaigns aligned to clients’ objectives
- Coach and guide junior team members to ensure quality results and strong client partnerships
Qualifications
- At least a couple of years of experience in a fast-paced PR/marketing environment
- Strong client management skills and ability to stay calm in pressurised situations
- Strong copywriting ability and media relations skills to secure impressive coverage
- Interest or knowledge of digital marketing, particularly PPC and SEO, beneficial
- A collaborative, proactive, and growth-focused mindset; ability to work well in a sociable, agile team
