Requirements

• A strategic mindset with entrepreneurial flair and a track record of commercial success.
• Confidence in visualising future possibilities and thinking creatively about how to get there.
• A client-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional work.
• Experience in leading teams, developing talent, and embedding culture.
• A deep understanding of business and financial planning, management and reporting.
• A strong grasp of communications trends, industry influencers and competitor activity.
• A commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
