Overview

We are hiring for a B2B Sales Account Manager role focused on building relationships with existing customers, acting as a go-to advisor to help them get more value from our services while ensuring contracts stay current.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively contact existing customers to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
  • Renew customer contracts, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate product bundles, pricing, and contract terms tailored to customer needs
  • Take a consultative, customer-first approach to every conversation, ensuring compliance and clarity throughout

Starting salary: £27,195 - £30,332 + Uncapped commission (top performers earn £2,000–£3,000/month)
