The Yoti app was designed with privacy at its core, giving people a secure way to prove their identity and share third-party credentials with organisations and other people.
Today, we have over seventeen million app downloads around the world. We’ve expanded our offering to a suite of business solutions that span identity verification, age verification and estimation, e-signing, AI anti-spoofing technologies and we continue to think of innovative new offerings.

More about this Team and Project
As B2C Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering Yoti’s consumer marketing strategy to drive adoption of Yoti Digital ID. You’ll help raise awareness of Digital ID as a fast, secure, and privacy-preserving way for people to prove their age and identity, with a particular focus on engaging audiences aged 18–25. This role combines creativity and execution – you’ll be hands-on in creating content for social media and other channels, while working closely with the Performance Marketing team to shape ad creative and campaign messaging.
We’re looking for a proactive marketer with strong storytelling skills and a passion for engaging consumers across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. This role is ideal for someone looking to step up into a position where they can take ownership of content and help influence campaigns for the UK’s leading Digital ID app.
Role Dimensions
- Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
- Collaborating with the Performance Marketing, Communications, Design and Product teams.
- Hybrid working with a minimum of one day per week in the London office.
Your experience
Principal Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content (video, visual, and written) across Yoti’s social media channels to grow visibility and app downloads.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to shape ad creative and messaging that resonates with key audiences.
- Generate ideas for campaigns, user stories, and social content, delivering them both in-house and via external creators.
- Monitor online conversations about age and identity verification to inform reactive and proactive content creation.
- Track and report on content and campaign performance, suggesting improvements for growth.
- Research consumer trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to ensure Yoti’s marketing stays fresh and relevant.
- Support broader marketing initiatives including activations, events, and PR activities.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in B2C marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proven ability to produce engaging content for social platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of what drives engagement with younger audiences (Gen Z and Millennials).
- Good grasp of digital advertising and performance marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Canva, Veo3, ChatGPT) to increase efficiency.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and a willingness to contribute ideas and solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with influencers or creators.
- Understanding of privacy and digital identity issues.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and reporting.
