Responsibilities

Technical Development

• Build scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
• Write clean, testable, modular code.
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
• Contribute to evolving microservices architecture.

Code Quality & Testing

• Write and maintain unit/integration tests (JUnit, Postman).
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production-readiness.
• Collaborate with QA for comprehensive test coverage.

Collaboration & Agile

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retros, demos).
• Estimate tasks and meet sprint goals.

Learning & Tools

• Use LLMs/AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Stay updated with new tech and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years backend dev (Java, Spring Boot).
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, Git, and CI/CD.
• Familiar with JUnit, Postman, and Agile practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving.
• Basic frontend (React/Angular) exposure.
• Docker, AWS/GCP familiarity.
• Understanding of secure coding & performance tuning.
