Baked Product Development Manager Billingham (Home of McCoy's, pombear and more) Hybrid Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Baked Product Development Manager to join our team at KP Snacks. This role focuses on innovation within our baked snacks portfolio, requiring expertise in baked goods, crackers, and biscuits. You will lead product development from concept to commercialization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to our UK R&D leadership.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading the development of baked snacks projects, including recipe formulation, bench top development, scale-up, and overseeing factory trials.
2. Delivering projects with technical excellence, designing experimental plans, and ensuring products are factory-ready.
3. Collaborating with manufacturing, marketing, procurement, and Intersnack flavor teams to ensure project success.
4. Contributing to the UK R&D leadership team and nurturing R&D talent.

Qualifications and experience:

• Several years of experience in developing baked goods with a strong understanding of ingredients and processes.
• A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related STEM field; certifications are a plus.
• Strong skills in designing experiments, data analysis, and report writing.
• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
