Are you an empathetic Mental Health Practitioner looking for an exciting new role?

We are now recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join a well-established NHS trust based in Manchester on a locum contract. The post on offer will be an immediate start, working full-time hours per week for an initial 10 months from the start date. As this is a band 6 position, our client will also welcome Newly Qualified Psychologists as well as experienced candidates.

The successful Practitioner will management of a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs. The applying candidate must be able undertake mental health assessment and offer treatment to patients. They must have experience with safeguarding adults, triage and review of safeguarding referrals, development of protection plans. This role will mainly offer face to face appointments within locality clinics within Worcestershire and the trust can offer some time to work remotely due to the hybrid model they have in place.
