Overview
Bank of Ireland is committed to delivering simple, flexible, and accessible financial services to UK customers. Our ambition is to be a leading UK multi-niche bank, operating as one group to support our strategy across products, customer service, and international markets. In Northern Ireland, we operate a full-service retail and commercial branch network, and our Intermediaries mortgage business has built strong partnerships with UK networks. We also operate a car and asset finance business under the Northridge Finance brand across Northern Ireland and Great Britain. Our partnership with the Post Office expands product offerings and strengthens relationships with existing customers while attracting new ones.
When applying, you’ll have the opportunity to specify your key areas of interest. The graduate programme offers a rotational experience across different areas of the Bank. Each of the three rotations is designed to develop the critical skills needed to accelerate your growth and career progression. Throughout the programme, you’ll strengthen your management, interpersonal, and technical capabilities while contributing to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be empowered to explore new experiences, collaborate across teams, and support meaningful transformation initiatives that align with our Group strategy.
The opportunity
The programme provides opportunities to work with colleagues across various levels and divisions, helping you build a strong professional network. You will complete a tailored two-year development programme designed to enhance your skills while supporting our strategic priorities in an immersive learning experience. You’ll benefit from mentorship and buddy support, along with collaborative sessions that increase your visibility across the Bank of Ireland Group, paving the way for further progression.
