Each of the three rotations is designed to develop the critical skills needed to accelerate your growth and career progression. You’ll be empowered to explore new experiences, collaborate across teams, and support meaningful transformation initiatives that align with our Group strategy.

You will complete a tailored two-year development programme designed to enhance your skills while supporting our strategic priorities in an immersive learning experience.
