The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
The post holder assists in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participates in the education, development and supervision of other staff members. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

We are presently recruiting for Registered Nurses to join our nurse Bank here in North Wales within our District General Hospitals and Community Hospitals. Flexible working, hours to suit, when you need to work.
