The Staff Bank at Homerton Healthcare is a pool of temporary staffing used as and when required to fill gaps across the organisation. We consider our Staff Bank workers to be an integral part of our success and have recently increased our bank rate to support our bank workers. We are proud of them and the contribution they make to help ensure we provide safe and effective care to our patients.
