Main duties of the job
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care in ENT clinical settings
- Carry out diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within your scope of practice
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient pathways
- Educate and support patients and families by clearly communicating care plans and procedures
What Youll Need:
- Full professional registration(e.g. NMC,)
- At least2 years of experiencein your specialty, with a strong record of clinical delivery
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment toclinical governance, professional development, and ethical practice
- Flexibility and confidence working in various clinical environments
- A strong dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care

The services we operate include call handling,telephone clinical assessment, out of hours home visiting services and some face-to-facePrimary Care appointments services in Hampshire. In 2021 a newly formedHealthcare Division was created and incorporates PHLs Urgent Care, PrimaryCare and Youla Care Concierge Services.
